14.2 Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, the parties agree to attempt mediation before resorting to litigation. Mediation shall be conducted in Brescia, Italy, under the rules of the Brescia Chamber of Commerce.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may use this platform to resolve disputes.

15. Severability and Waiver

15.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by Cathedral of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by Cathedral to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cathedral regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the Website.

17. Assignment
